At LIFEBOXSTORE, we are committed to delivering your products promptly and safely anywhere within India.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

• Within Kerala: A shipping fee of Rs.65 applies.

• Rest of India: A flat shipping charge of Rs.150 applies to all other states.

• Delivery Time: Expected delivery is between 2 to 10 business days, depending on your pin code.

• Dispatch Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. Courier Partners & Order Tracking

• Courier Partners: We partner with reliable delivery services, including DTDC, India Post (Speed Post) and others, to ensure your package arrives safely.

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

3. Delivery Issues & Damages

• Reporting an Issue: If you receive a damaged parcel or an incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Required Proof: Please include clear photos or an unboxing video of the package with your claim.

• Claim Limitations: Please note that due to strict courier claim limitations, we may not be able to process complaints or issue resolutions if notified after the 24-hour window.

Important Note on Payments: For a seamless checkout experience, Indian customers are advised to use domestic payment methods such as UPI, PhonePe or Bank Transfer.
